Read MoreWe stopped in at Khamy Resort for a coffee based on it’s street appeal. The café is set in a gorgeous garden overlooking a quiet spot on the river and it looks so inviting. Staff are super friendly and seem genuinely happy to be there.

Read MoreThis is a lovely little place in a pretty courtyard tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the Ancient Town. On the morning we were there, there was a light cloud cover so the open roof allowed a gentle breeze and dappled sunshine in the garden.

Read MoreLast night’s dinner at Restaurant 328 was a terrific surprise. We were warmly welcomed, quickly made comfortable and drinks were prompt. From the road, it looks like many other restaurants on Cua Dai Street but when the food arrived it was clear that they put as much care into their cooking as their hospitality.
