Four Plates Restaurant, Almanity Wellness Resort – Hoi An, Vietnam
We heard about the Almanity’s brunch during our stay last year but were disappointed to find they had stopped doing it.
Last year, we were looking for a good Sunday brunch/lunch and Four Plates at the Almanity rated highly for everyone but we were disappointed to hear they had discontinued it. Just recently they started again so we didn’t delay this time and it was outstanding. The variety of food on offer was extensive, quality was high and quantity was plentiful. I particularly enjoyed the carvery and fresh seafood but the massive dessert bar also demanded some serious attention! We opted for the free-flow option and I’m pleased to report that the staff were very generous. In fact, the staff were wonderful all afternoon – professional, attentive and always smiling. Live music was a bonus too. The restaurant is nicely decorated and very comfortable with a view over the pool and even though we were not inhouse guests, we were openly welcomed to use the facilities after lunch concluded. All up, it was a very pleasant afternoon and I will definitely return to do it again.
