Bamboo Chicken Restaurant – Hoi An, Vietnam
Passed by a few times and it was always full so we decided to give it a try – delicious food and lovely service, so much so that we went twice during our stay. Initially we had BBQ pork and salad and BBQ chicken and sizzling rice, and on the second visit, caramelised fish in claypot and sizzling rice with pork and egg.All dishes were fresh and flavoursome and serving sizes were large. Noodle dishes look great as well and they even have a version of spaghetti Bolognese that comes out on a sizzling plate. It seemed to be a favourite for many and it certainly looked the part but we’re still working our way through the Asian dishes.
The space is semi-open air but there are also plenty of fans so a decent breeze is assured. It’s not fancy but value for money is fantastic, drinks are cold and service is friendly and informative. Definitely one to keep on the list.
