Restaurant Mason – Newcastle, NSW, Australia

On Saturday, we hosted a lunch celebration at Restaurant Mason with 40 of my nearest and dearest.  It was superb in every aspect.  Instantly upon arrival, guests were welcomed with a glass of champagne in the sunshine, gifts were taken care of with discretion, canapes were served and every need was taken care of.

When we moved inside, the room was beautifully decorated, (thank you for the lovely flowers!) and every detail was covered.  As always, the food was divine and service was first class.  The Mason team (front of house and kitchen) strike that rare balance of professional yet warm and friendly, always smiling and never ruffled.  I seriously can’t imagine a better way to celebrate my milestone birthday.  Thank you for a very special afternoon and memories to cherish.
