De Salita Bistro Grill – Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
We came across De Salita while staying nearby and initially thought is was more of a ‘beer bar’ but when we popped in for a cleansing ale, we checked out their menu and decided to give it a go. Very glad we did. We all (3) went for pastas and they were some of the nicest we’ve sampled in recent times.
All dishes were tasty, substantial servings, plenty of sauce, not too thick and heavy. The menu had many options from casual dining (hot dogs) to larger meat dishes and those we saw coming out looked terrific. Drinks were cold and service was friendly and efficient. The space is comfortable, open air with plenty of fan and pleasant music. Highly recommended for a fun night with friends.
