3 Pinong – Phetchaburi, Thailand
When you start to tire of resort food, look for 3 Pinong in the strip behind the Novotel Hotel. It’s a nicely decorated space, clean and comfortable with lots of fans. Service is friendly and staff have terrific English skills so if you’re a little nervous about stepping out of the resort, don’t be. The menu has a decent offering of Western dishes but we went for Thai and weren’t disappointed.
In fact, after four months travelling around Thailand it’s one the best Thai meals we’ve had. Rather than trotting out the same standards, there were a few different choices. Everything we had was tasty and beautifully presented. Drinks were cold and value for money was excellent. Congratulations to the management and staff. If I was staying in the area for longer, I would be eating here all the time!
